1. About JustSeconds

JustSeconds is a file-sharing service that lets users upload files and folders, create temporary shareable links, and generate QR codes that point to those links. Registered users may also have access to additional features such as password protection and custom link expiration options.

2. Accounts and access

Some JustSeconds features may be used without an account, while other features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Temporary file links

JustSeconds is designed for temporary file sharing, not permanent storage. Guest links are designed to expire after 7 days. Registered users may choose longer expiration periods, up to 30 days where available.

Once a link expires, the associated file may no longer be available for download. You should always keep your own copy of any important file.

4. File responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload and share. You must have the right or permission to upload and share any content you submit through JustSeconds.

Do not use JustSeconds to distribute illegal material, malware, harmful files, stolen content, or content that infringes the rights of another person or organization.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use JustSeconds to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse upload limits, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

JustSeconds may restrict, disable, or remove uploads or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

6. Service limits

JustSeconds may apply limits to file size, daily transfer volume, link duration, account features, or the number of transfers that may be created. Current limits are shown in the JustSeconds interface and may be updated as the service evolves.

7. Password-protected links

When password protection is available, the person who creates the link is responsible for choosing a secure password and sharing it appropriately. Password protection reduces casual access but does not replace your own responsibility to decide what files are appropriate to share online.

8. File review and moderation

JustSeconds may process file information and, when necessary, review uploaded content for security, abuse prevention, service moderation, technical support, or legal compliance.

9. Availability

We work to keep JustSeconds available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

10. Changes to the service

JustSeconds may update features, limits, security controls, or these Terms as the service changes. Material changes may be reflected by updating this page and the date shown above.
