Report an unsafe or unauthorized transfer.
Use the JustSeconds contact form to report material or activity that may violate our Terms. A precise transfer link helps us locate the report without asking you to download or resend the file.
What to report
Examples include malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, unlawful material, or files containing personal information shared without permission. Copyright owners and their representatives can use our copyright reporting instructions.
You do not need to download a suspicious file to report its link. Do not forward harmful material to other people or re-upload it as evidence. Describe what you observed and provide the existing transfer address instead.
Include enough information to locate the transfer
- The full JustSeconds transfer URL, normally beginning with https://justseconds.app/f/.
- A short description of the concern and what you observed.
- Where and when you encountered the link, if that helps explain the report.
- Your name and an email address where we can ask for clarification.
- For unauthorized personal information, an explanation of your connection to the information, without sending extra sensitive documents.
Do not include transfer passwords, account passwords, payment information, or copies of private file contents in the form. If you have several links, list each one so the report can be matched to the correct transfers.
Send the report
Open Contact JustSeconds and begin the message with Abuse report. The same form also accepts follow-up information. If the concern is an ordinary upload failure rather than abuse, describe the technical error so it can be handled as a support request.
How reports are handled
We review the information supplied and may request clarification or take steps to restrict access to a transfer or account under our Terms. Submitting a report does not automatically remove a file; the specific URL and description help us assess the concern.
Reports can contain personal information. We use those details to understand and respond to the report and to operate or protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not assume a report is anonymous or include information that is not needed for its review.
If the link has already stopped working
You may still report an expired or disabled link when the surrounding activity is concerning. Include the URL and the message currently shown, rather than trying to restore or redistribute the content.
